Food Service

The Colchester Food Bank provides three to five days’ worth of emergency food for those who need assistance.

There are two ways to access the Food Bank: Warehouse Style or Client Choice Market

Warehouse Style

Offering a warehouse style of service where clients will come in and pick up a pre-packed box of predetermined food. There is a list of other available items that a client may add to their order. Client may walk-in on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 1:00PM and 4:00PM

Client Choice Market

The Colchester Food Bank is excited to announce the opening of a Client Choice Market in August 2023.  The market style service allows clients to make an appointment to select all of the food items that they would like for themselves and their family. Clients are assigned points based on the size of the family which can be used like currency to purchase food items within the market.
